A human resources training manager is a very pivotal employee in any organization, as they foresee the training and incorporation of new employees. To become a human resources training manager, one needs excellent academic qualifications. Foremost, you must have a bachelor's degree in business administration majoring in labor relations or human resource management. It is also useful to take courses in economics, workplace psychology, and English. Other than holding a degree in business administration, it is valuable to seek an internship in human resources in order to gain experience in this field of study. Some canditates may need a related graduate degree to be competitive in today's job market. Many organizations are looking for human resources training managers who have graduate degrees, such as an MBA.
